Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange broccolini on baking sheet. Top with beans, leek, garlic, rosemary and capers. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of the olive oil, the lemon juice and broth, and season with salt and pepper; mix gently. Top with sundried tomatoes and lemon zest; arrange cod over top. Season cod with salt and pepper; drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Bake until fish is completely opaque, about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
