White Chocolate, Lime & Ginger Sauce Place chocolate in heatproof bowl; set aside. In small saucepan, combine cream, ginger, lime zest and juice and Cajun seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Heat over medium heat until small bubbles form on side of saucepan. Pour over reserved chocolate and let stand for 1 minute. Using whisk, mix until chocolate is melted. Set aside.

Sautéed Shrimp In small skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp; cook, turning halfway through cooking time, until beginning to turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic; cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp are pink and opaque throughout, about 1 minute.

Transfer Sautéed Shrimp to serving dish. Drizzle with half of the White Chocolate, Lime & Ginger Sauce. Sprinkle with additional grated lime zest. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
