In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook beans until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.Meanwhile, in nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook onions and mustard seeds, stirring occasionally, until onions are softened and golden, about 15 minutes. Stir in coriander, cumin, salt and pepper; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in green beans and vegetable broth; cook, stirring occasionally, until almost no liquid remains, about 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar and chili sauce.
