In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
Meanwhile, season cod fillets with salt and pepper. In large skillet with lid, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add fish; cook until bottom is golden, about 3 minutes. Transfer to plate; set aside.
In same skillet, add shallot and garlic; cook, stirring often, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add reserved fish to tomato mixture, golden side up. Cover skillet and continue cooking until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, 4 to 5 minutes.
Divide pasta among plates. Top with fish and tomato mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
