Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch and toss to coat well. In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring often, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine honey, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic; season with pepper.
Pour sauce into skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and chicken is no longer pink inside, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with rice and green beans, if desired.
