In large cast-iron or nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops, turning halfway through cooking time until nicely browned, 6 to 10 minutes depending on thickness of pork chops. Add onion; cook for 1 minute. Add mango; cook until mango is slightly softened, 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth, brown sugar and vinegar. Reduce heat to medium and let mixture come to boil. Cook, stirring often, for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add chopped basil and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine. Sprinkle with torn fresh basil leaves and serve with cooked rice, if desired.
