Method
Preheat barbecue to medium heat (about 350°F); grease grill.
Cut mangoes in half, as close to pits as possible. Cut avocados in half and remove pits (do not remove peels). Spray mangoes and avocados with cooking spray.
Place mango and avocado halves on grill, cut sides down, and close lid. Cook, turning halfway through grilling time, until fruits are tender and golden, 6 to 8 minutes. Transfer to plate; let cool slightly.
Remove peels and chop mangoes and avocados in 1/2-inch pieces. Transfer to serving bowl; add cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil, honey, lime zest and juice, cilantro, mint and tajin seasoning. Toss gently to coat.
