Method

In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup and mustard. Add mixed greens, mushrooms, green onions and hemp seeds; mix gently to coat well. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Test Kitchen Tip: Use your favourite fresh greens in this salad: mesclun mix, assorted baby spinach, beet greens or even romaine lettuce all work well.
