Grapefruit Vinaigrette In small bowl, whisk together grapefruit juice, oil, vinegar, Dijon, honey, dill, chives and chervil. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
Salad In serving bowl, combine fennel, cucumbers, watercress and grapefruit segments. Add reserved Grapefruit Vinaigrette over top; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with pepitas and sunflower seeds; top with goat cheese slices, and more chopped chervil, if desired.
