Lemon Caper Dressing: In small food processor or blender, purée together parsley, onion, olive oil, vegetable oil, lemon juice, capers, salt, pepper and sugar until fairly smooth and creamy.
In salad bowl, combine romaine, radicchio and onion; sprinkle with feta cheese. Toss with dressing just before serving.
