Method
Avocado Crema
In food processor, purée avocados, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.
Crispy Pork
Season pork with salt and pepper. Place egg in shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs, flour and oregano in separate shallow dish. Dip pork into egg, then coat in bread crumb mixture.
In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; fry pork until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate. Serve with Avocado Crema.
