Method
In large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin and coriander seeds; cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds. Add turkey, and jalapeño, if using, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and coconut milk, stirring to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in chopped cilantro.
Meanwhile, steam broccoli until tender-crisp, 3 to 5 minutes.
Divide rice among four bowls. Top each with turkey mixture, broccoli and pineapple. Sprinkle with cashews, and chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve with lime wedges.
