In large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat; cook onion, green pepper and ham, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened and light golden, about 5 minutes.Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into pan; cook, lifting edge occasionally with spatula to allow uncooked mixture to flow underneath, until almost set, about 3 minutes.
