In 9- x 13-inch baking dish, whisk together miso paste, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic powder and chili paste. Add salmon cubes and stir gently to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; grease parchment paper. Thread salmon cubes on 4 metal or pre-soaked wooden skewers. Place skewers on prepared baking sheet; brush salmon with remaining marinade. Bake until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork, about 8 minutes. Set oven to broil; continue cooking until salmon is golden and caramelized, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
