Method
Cajun Fish Bites Preheat air fryer to 400°F; spray basket with cooking spray. In bowl, combine fish, olive oil and Cajun spice blend; toss gently to coat fish. Place fish in single layer in air fryer basket; cook, stirring fish or shaking basket halfway through cooking time, until fish is nicely browned and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes
Mango Salad Meanwhile, in bowl, gently stir together mango, apple, onion, hot pepper, if using, olive oil, maple syrup, hot pepper flakes and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Cajun Fish Bites and lime wedges, if desired.
TEST KITCHEN TIP
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake the fish bites in the oven at 450°F on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, turning fish halfway through cooking time, for about 12 minutes.
