Preheat oven to broil. Place broccoli florets on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil; stir to coat. Bake on upper rack of oven until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix quinoa with mixed greens, apple, fennel, walnuts, cranberries and green onion. Add tuna and cooled broccoli. Pour Creamy Walnut Vinaigrette over top. Toss to coat.
Creamy Walnut Vinaigrette
In bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tbsp each walnut-flavoured wine vinegar and mayonnaise, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Makes about 3/4 cup.
