Grilled Pork Chops with Tomato Olive Salsa
Fresh vegetable salsa brightens up the pork chops, a quick-cooking weeknight favourite. While you have the barbecue hot, clear out the fridge and throw some extra veggies on the grill. Serve them on the side or save them for later in the week.
