In 4-inch (10 cm) square of cheesecloth, tie together cinnamon, cloves, allspice and ginger; place in saucepan.Add apple cider, pomegranate juice and honey; bring to simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
