In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; fry onion, garlic, yellow pepper, oregano, salt and pepper, stirring occasionally, until onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Add tomato; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add green beans; toss to combine and heat through if necessary.
