In small bowl, stir together butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; spread over cutsides of baguette.
Place baguette cut side up on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden, about 12 minutes.
