Chef Nuit Regular
Chef Nuit Regular is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of PAI, Kiin, By Chef Nuit, and Sukhothai, as well as the Executive Chef of Selva. Chef Nuit has awakened the Thai food scene in Toronto through the unique flavours of Northern Thai cuisine and traditional hospitality. She continues to share her passion and life experiences through her family recipes and authentic street market dishes.

Chef Cristian Murciano
Chef Cristian Murciano is proud to combine the values and traditions of his birth country with his experiences and techniques he's gained along the way, and share that unique experience with us one plate at a time.
Chef Cristian joined the team at IL FORNELLO Oakville in 2020. His knowledge and expertise earned by graduating from a five-year program at the Culinary Institute of Otranto in Italy, and working throughout several restaurants in Italy and Spain, made him the perfect Chef for Il Fornello. Chef Michele Pollack
Chef Michele Pollack has been working in the food service industry for over 35 years, and runs her own successful catering business, Mick’s Catering. Aside from catering, she has also worked as a culinary instructor for the past several years, teaching corporate and private cooking classes at the St. Lawrence Market. Currently, she is the corporate chef at Luxe Appliance Studio, doing cooking demonstrations for the Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau brands.

Chef Gurth Pretty knows and loves cheese! From his upbringing in Montreal, his culinary studies at George Brown College’s Chef School and working as a professional cook in Atlanta, Dublin, Paris, Brussels and Nuremberg, his appreciation and knowledge for cheese grew. In 2021, he opened his south Mississauga-based shoppe, Lakeview Cheese Galore. His shoppe offers gift boxes and baskets with refrigerated cheese delivery across southern Ontario.

A graduate of George Brown's Certified Professional Chocolatier program, Chef Shirley has been interviewed by many media outlets including CBC’s Metro Morning, BBC and CNN talking about her various Toronto food and history tour experiences as @A_Taste_of_The_World until she pivoted into the world of craft chocolate tasting!

Chef Daphna Rabinovitch
Chef Daphna Rabinovitch was an important part of the Canadian Living Test Kitchen for 10 years. She created and contributed to many recipes and features throughout the pages of Canadian Living. As editor of the Canadian Living Cooks Step By Step cookbook, a collection of how-to recipes, it won the Cuisine Canada Culinary Book Award in 1999. She was also a talented and engaging co-host (along side Elizabeth Baird and Emily Richards) of the popular Canadian Living Cooks TV show featured on the Food Network.
Chef Daphna has now returned to her consulting practice, developing recipes for a variety of national and international food companies, consulting on cookbooks, writing about food, assisting food companies as an innovations specialist and food web specialist and teaching at local cooking schools.

Emily Richards is a professional home economist, freelance food writer, chef and cookbook author who also enjoys culinary instruction for home cooks who want to learn more and have fun in the kitchen. She has helped bring our Canadian Living recipes to life, through the pages of the magazine, Canadian Living cookbooks, consumer shows and as co-host for Canadian Living Cooks TV program. She is also the author and co-author of other cookbooks which include topics from Italian cuisine, weeknight dinners, everyday celebrations, glycemic index diets, 5 ingredient cooking and comfort foods. Her latest cookbook Best of Bridge Everyday Celebrations is out now! Another Best of Bridge cookbook is on its way Fall 2023.

Chef Cassandra Rachey is thrilled to share her passion for food. As Chef de Cuisine, she’s looking forward to the challenge of crafting a fresh, exciting menu and making her vision for Beaumont Kitchen a reality.
Always one to keep on her toes, Chef Rachey runs two small side businesses making custom cakes and handmade knitted and crocheted items. A self-described 90-year-old on the inside, she spends her free time knitting, crocheting, baking and hanging out with her nieces and nephews.

Chef Jennifer Brooker has been in the hospitality business for a decade. She is currently the Executive Chef at Silver Lakes Golf. Last year she additionally started her own catering business, Ocean Eyes Catering, where she provides an unique and memorable dining experience in the comfort of your own home or private venue.

Chef Selwyn Richards
Award winning Executive Chef and Food Stylist, Chef Selwyn Richards has been planning, presenting and preparing delicious meals with artistic flare for over 30 years. Chef Selwyn is a graduate of Cornell University’s Food and Beverage Management program and an Alumni of George Brown College Toronto, Culinary Management.
Chef Selwyn is now the President and Executive Chef of The Art of Catering, a catering company renowned for their appearances in several film and TV productions including "I Do … Let’s Eat!" (@foodnetwork ) and "Rich Bride, Poor Bride" (Life Network). He is also the published author of “The Art of Cooking – Soul of the Caribbean” and distributes a monthly newsletter, The Catering Bite, sharing recipes, cooking tips, food trends and more.
