In large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat. Add corn; cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, 6 to 8 minutes.
Place corn in bowl. Add mayonnaise and sour cream; toss to evenly coat corn. Add feta, cilantro, chili powder, garlic and lime juice, and jalapeño, if using; mix well. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
