Method

In blender, add, in order, olive oil, avocados, lemon juice, basil, garlic and hot pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper. Purée until smooth and creamy, 20 to 30 seconds. Mix into hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil leaves, if using.
