Eggs are a staple in most homes, and
with eggs in the fridge you can always make a fast, delicious and healthy meal.
Hardboiled eggs are perfect to make ahead, then simply pop one in your lunch or transform any salad and even soup into a crave-worthy meal!
1. Bacon and Egg Caesar Salad . Turn a classic Caesar salad into a nutritious meal by adding hardboiled eggs!

2. Vegetarian Ramen Noodle Soup. Vegetarian ramen soup is just as good, or better, than the meat version, especially with the addition of miso paste and hardboiled eggs!
