In honour of National Bacon Day on December 30, we’ve rounded up 16 of our favourite recipes featuring bacon.
The reason we just can't seem to get enough of bacon is because it does it all—it can be a topping or a garnish, wrapped around fruits or vegetables or other meats, layered in a sandwich, the secret ingredient in a dip, made into a jam, and even turned into a dessert. In case you have yet to truly experiment with bacon, or are just looking for new fabulous ways to eat your favourite meat/garnish/topping etc., we’ve got a recipe for you.
