This Spanish punch is a blend of wine, spirits and fruit. This recipe uses sparkling wine, but we've included a classic red wine variation as well. When nectarines and peaches are in season, add them to the mix.

Method
Quarter lemon, lime, orange and apple; seed and thinly slice. Place slices in pitcher; stir in sugar and salt. Let stand for 1 hour. (Makeahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)Add brandy; slightly mash fruit. Stir in cava and ice. Serve immediately.
