Buttery Avocados are high in fat ( the good kind), making them the perfect healthy comfort food. They give our smoothie its decadent creamy texture.

Method

In blender, purée together avocado, ice cubes, almond milk and honey until smooth. Pour into glasses; sprinkle with pistachios (if using).

Test Kitchen Tip: If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until it's the desired consistency. For a subtly tropical flavour, add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
