In blender, combine pineapple nectar, basil, lime juice, vodka and 1 cup ice cubes; purée until smooth. Transfer to pitcher; add ginger ale. Add a few starfruit slices and ice cubes to pitcher. Serve cocktail in copper mule-style mugs.
