In large pitcher, combine tomato and clam cocktail, Chamoy sauce and tequila. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add ice cubes.

Meanwhile, squeeze 2 of the lime wedges around rims of 6 Collins or highball glasses. Place Tajin seasoning on small plate; dip rim of each glass in seasoning. Set aside.

Thread each of 6 cocktail skewers with lime wedge, cheese cube and pepper­oncino. Set aside.

Pour cocktail into prepared glasses and garnish each with celery stalk, pep­perette and reserved cocktail skewer.

Chamoy sauce is a Mexican condiment made from chili peppers, pickled fruits and lime juice. The taste is sour, sweet and salty at the same time.
