Method

In cup, using spoon, stir together gin, orange juice, absinthe and sugar. Stir in Cham­omile Tea until well blended. Garnish with orange slice, and rosemary, if desired. Serve hot.

Chamomile Tea

In small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to boil. Remove pan from the heat and add 3 sachets of chamomile tea. Let stand for 5 minutes. Makes about 2 cups.
