Method
In cup, using spoon, stir together gin, orange juice, absinthe and sugar. Stir in Chamomile Tea until well blended. Garnish with orange slice, and rosemary, if desired. Serve hot.
Chamomile Tea
In small saucepan, bring 2 cups water to boil. Remove pan from the heat and add 3 sachets of chamomile tea. Let stand for 5 minutes. Makes about 2 cups.
