Mix cucumber with pinch of the salt; let stand for 10 minutes. Squeeze out moisture.In small bowl, mix together cucumber, yogurt, spinach, garlic, dill, lemon juice, pepper and remaining salt. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.) Garnish with feta cheese.
