Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch round pie plate.
In bowl, whisk together butter, sugar, salt, eggs, lemon zest, flour, nutmeg and milk until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pie plate and sprinkle with ground-cherries.
Bake until clafoutis is puffy and golden, about 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes; sprinkle with icing sugar.
