In heatproof bowl set over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate. Stir in almonds, blueberries, cranberries and sunflower seeds to coat.
Drop by 1 tbsp onto waxed or parchment paper–lined baking sheets; refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. (Make-ahead: Layer between waxed paper in airtight container; store for up to 1 week.)
