Ingredients

Method

In saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together apples, lemon juice, 2/3 cup water and the sugar and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, using electric mixer on high speed, beat cream until soft peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes. Beat in vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes; set aside.

Evenly spoon half of the apple mixture into 6 glass dessert cups or bowls; evenly top with half of the crumbled biscuits; repeat layers with remaining apple mixture and crumbled biscuits. Spoon whipped cream evenly over top and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cover cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. (Make-ahead: Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
