Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Grease four 3-inch ramekins. Evenly divide sesame seeds among ramekins; set aside.
In microwaveable bowl, heat butter and chocolate on high, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted, about 2 minutes. Whisk in sugar, flour, cocoa powder, coffee granules and salt until combined; whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Gently fold in tahini. Divide among ramekins to about 3/4 cup full. Cover each ramekin with foil.
Place ramekins in air fryer basket. (If four don’t fit, cook in batches of two.) Cook for 9 minutes. Remove foil; cook until edges are set, 2 to 3 minutes. (Repeat with remaining ramekins, if necessary.) Place ramekins on dessert plates, or invert onto plates to unmold and reveal sesame crust. Sprinkle with sea salt; serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
