Turkey leftovers? Try our Turkey, Sage and Squash Pot Pie

If you have an abundance of turkey leftovers, try this Turkey, Sage and Squash Pot Pie. Turkey-sage-and-squash-pot-pie Don't have acorn squash? Any firm winter squash will work here, such as butternut, turban or buttercup squash. Or, try sweet potato. If you use sweet potato, you may need to add a splash of water to the pan and simmer it a couple of extra minute until it's tender.
