By now, you're familiar with the #1 pet peeve in the Test Kitchen. Keeping a clean, stink-free fridge is of utmost importance, but there are a number of caffeine-loving people who might argue that a close second pet peeve is when there is no coffee available when it's needed most.   [caption id="attachment_8062" align="aligncenter" width="620"] What? No coffee?![/caption] Bonus peeve: If you're waiting (impatiently) for the coffee to brew, don't take what we've deemed to be " the good of the coffee" by skimming off the top before the pot is filled. The etiquette in the TK is to wait for the pot to be filled completely before grabbing your morning fix.
