Test Kitchen debate - thick or thin pizza crust

Pizza. The Italian favourite has taken over the world. People love pizza. My 4-year-old loves pizza. BLT Pizzas As weeknight cooking goes, it can't get any easier. As long as the dough is ready (like our handy make-ahead in The Ultimate Pizza Dough), it only takes a few minutes to put on the toppings and bake in the oven. Dinner can be on the table in 20 minutes! And pizza is so versatile, you can literally put anything on top, and it's great any time of the year! Of course when we start talking about pizza in the Test Kitchen, the conversation quickly turns to the crust and whether it should be thick or thin. As you can image, we have strong feelings on the subject here in the Test Kitchen, so I took a poll. Surprisingly, or not, everyone in the Test Kitchen prefers thin crust! For me, a crispy thin crust, with a few choice toppings (like the BLT pizzas above) is one of the best foods in the world.  To some, pizza is about the cheese, but I like minimal cheese and a crispy thin crust. Tell me - Which do you like, thick or thin crust?   Here are some of our favourite Tested 'Til Perfect pizzas -  Fresh Tomato Pizza With Basil-Garlic Sauce Barbecue Pork Pizza Smoked Salmon Pizza With Baby Kale Salad Roasted Tomato and Egg Pizza Arugula Mushroom Pizza Rainbow Veggie Pizzas   Photography by Jeff Coulson
