Pantone's colour of the year has us craving these recipes
Pantone has announced the
colour of the year for 2015 (drumroll, please!) and it's... Marsala! This reddish brown hue has an earthy and rich tone and has us feeling all sorts of cozy.
Leatrice Eiseman, the Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute, describes it as exuding "confidence and stability" and as a "seductive shade, one that
draws us in to its embracing warmth.
" For us in the Canadian Living Test Kitchen, it undoubtedly reminds us of cooking with Marsala, the rich fortified wine originating from the Sicilian region of Italy. So, in celebration, here are some of our favourite recipes featuring Marsala wine!
