Meet the Canadian Living Test Kitchen staff: Leah Kuhne
Please say hello to food specialist,
Leah Kuhne.
Leah’s experience in the food industry spans more than a decade. Her years of career experience has included cooking in restaurant kitchens around the Toronto area, developing recipes for the Kraft Kitchens and the VH Sauces line, and most recently as a product developer for companies such as Nestle and ConAgra Foods.
Leah has a Culinary Management diploma from George Brown College, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, and is a Red Seal Certified Chef. Her rare combination of expertise in both food and science has made her an essential addition to the Tested Till Perfect team, which she joined in December of 2013.
My favourite recipe from Leah is actually a bit of a secret, because it hasn't been printed yet. It's coming out in our Holiday Best issue this coming holiday season!
