How to easily line any shape of dish with foil
Have you ever tried to press foil into a square thing and then ended up punching your finger right through the foil when you try to get it snugly into the corners? Well with this handy method, those days are over, friends! All you need to do is:
Voila -- a perfectly lined dish!
Pro Tip: Now you can use this technique to
freeze your favourite dishes ahead without losing a baking dish to the depths of your freezer. Just line the dish with foil, prepare your casserole as directed, freeze until firm, pop out the frozen brick of food and then overwrap it in a large freezer-weight bag. You get your casserole dish back in rotation and less clutter in your freezer!
