Method

Preheat oven to 400°F; line baking sheet with parchment paper. 

In bowl, combine lentils, oil, Date Purée, sriracha, tamari, cinnamon and steak spice. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet. Bake until lentils are crisp, stirring every 10 minutes, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.)
