Method
In bowl of food processor, pulse feta, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, garlic and olive oil until smooth. Transfer to bowl; stir in dill, mint, parsley, olives and hot pepper flakes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Scrape dip into serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and top with chopped parsley and chopped olives, and pine nuts, if using. Serve with pita bread. (Make-ahead: Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
