Method

In bowl, using fork, mash together cream cheese and clams. Add sour cream, garlic, green onions, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce, if using; whisk until combined. Pour in reserved clam juice, a little at a time, and whisk until dip reaches desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped fresh curly parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers or fresh cut vegetables of your choice.
