In plastic resealable bag, combine vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup and garlic powder. Add mushrooms; seal bag and shake well to coat. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (about 375°F); grease grill. Place mushrooms on grill; close lid. Cook, turning halfway through grilling time, until mushrooms are tender, about 10 minutes. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
