In skillet, heat oil and butter over medium-high heat; cook mushrooms for about 5 minutes or until golden. Set aside.

Place baguette toasts on baking sheet; top with cheese and mushroom slices. Broil for 1 minute. Top with thyme. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
