Meanwhile, arrange pancetta strips on foil-lined baking sheet; bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate; crumble coarsely.
Spread cheese over baguette slices; broil until cheese is slightly melted, about 2 minutes. Top with pancetta and figs. Sprinkle with fleur de sel. Serve immediately.
