Method
In food processor, blend feta cheese with garlic until smooth. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest and lemon juice; blend until smooth. Remove to bowl; stir in chives.Lemon-Oregano Shrimp: In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook garlic and Italian seasoning, stirring often, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and salt; cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are just pink and opaque throughout, about 4 minutes. Stir in oregano and lemon juice. Serve with feta dip.
Also serve with toasted pita wedges, cucumber slices, kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes.
