Dill Crème Fraîche:
Method
In small bowl, combine olive oil and cayenne pepper; brush over naans. Transfer to baking sheet; broil until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
In large bowl, gently mix together crab meat, avocados, garlic, cilantro, lime zest and juice and chili paste. Season with salt and pepper.
Dill Crème Fraîche
In bowl, combine crème fraîche, dill, mustard and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread crème fraîche over naans; top with crab mixture. Serve with gherkins (if using).
