Method

In bowl, combine shrimp, lemon juice and Cajun spice; mix well. In skillet set over medium heat, heat oil; cook shrimp until opaque. Set aside.

In bowl, mash peas into purée. Divide 1⁄4 tsp each green peas and cream cheese over crackers. Top with shrimp.
